When we started getting into Pennsylvania saturday in the wee hours of the morning, the mountains rose to greet us. I feel bad because Jessica did well..... all of the driving. The light shining in my face from the nav system blinded me in the dark night timey-ness. So im going to drive pretty much the entire way back on sunday or saturday, depending on how the weather is and which day would be best to leave.
We got to Richards uncles at around 7am. The bastard wasnt picking up his phone so we tried sleeping in the car for awhile in their front yard (while being completely unsure if we were in the right place)
eventually around 8 or something richard finally picked up the phone, after I had filled it with a bazillion missed calls.
I was half dead from only crashing an hour on the drive, so I demanded that we find a diner with coffee and eggs. the first place we tried was closed, but we found another one and where we sat in the diner if you looked out the window you could see the mountain side meeting the road, and a frozen waterfall. I guess richard told me the place was called montour falls or something.
but we are SERIOUSLY in the middle of nowhere. No pizza delivery places deliver this far into nowhereness. theyve never even HEARD of jimmy johns.
I like it though. :)
after the diner adventure and some rather disappointing potatoes I slept for a few hours.
when i woke up we went out to adventure in the woods, which was AMAAZINNGG <3
when we got back i got to get a taste of richard and his uncles amaaaaazing music makin abilities. dang were they talented.
i soon learned that new york weed is really good weed. and mannnnn did i learn. i feel so studious.
the second day out here we had a river adventure. the adventure involved trying to cross this damn river that was SURROUNDED by thorns. we tried using rocks and sticks to get across.... then logs.... then tires.... aaaaannnnddd..... well we wound up getting our boots wet in the end.
it was GORGEOUS though. the moon was out in a bright blue sky and the weather was nice and not too cold and we climbed part of this mountain where some crazy cult and ufo sightings and insane shit has been going on. we smoked on a fallen tree and everything was really really GREEN. it was amazing.
when we got back we went back to the office (where all the music makin stuff and fancy lights are. i love those damn lights.) and their drummer was there this time and he sounded like acdc when he sang. no jokes. they rock.
yesterday we kind of got distracted watching videos of kittens on the internet.... for a couple hours....when we were supposed to be building an igloo to clambake in.... i hope i dont have to repeat how good the weed is out here.
we had a sort of adventure when we walked to the gas station so i could spend WAY TOO MUCH MONEY on beverages. we saw two stealth government helicopters on the way. and then last night we hear disturbing foot steps and clicking noises coming from the woods.
i just dont wanna get experimented on.
so today we are hoping to get to this one cool native american shop and walmart so i can cook a nice dinner as a way of thanking everybody for being so rad.
the walmart is the only grocery store nearby, and its like 20 miles away.

i made sweet potato mash and CHOCOLATE FUCKING CREAM PIE but didn't get any good photos boo but maybe i will upload some anyway

my sister bought me sea monkeys!! and my mum got me new nail polish (oh my god, the names are classic. there are names like "NO CURFEW" and "BLINGIN'") and from my dad, a roll of film so now i can start taking pictures manually OLD SCHOOL
i never really cared about christmas, really. we never prepared food so we sort of starved every christmas except for this leg of death ham my dad would buy on sale. but these past couple of years i started to bake and make food and that was fun. and i watch elf like, a billion times in a week. so, yay!!
OH YA
and i'm going to my friend's beach house tomorrow until the 30th (before my birthday!!), yay!! hopefully it will be lots of fun/not too skin cancerous oh GOD but what will i do about my petville..
(oh lord i actually just type str8 from my head so the caps actually is shouting and there is no need for full stops most of the time because there is no real definitive, structured end to these thoughts so just READ IT LIKE IT IS IT IS LIKE YOU'RE IN MY HEAD)

sometimes i just feel so awkward around people that i can never have the same amount of fun as they do. i'm always so angry!!
also this was the photo i sent in with my resume.. it was a japanese fashion store.. emphasise japanese. asklaksjdaksdhkasdas ahhahaha it's so ridiculous I DON'T REEALLLYYY DRESS LIKE THAT i don't think idk anymore tbqh
i sort of don't want any job because i get so anxious around people. it is getting OUT OF HAND.

i just re-recorded my phone's answering message and i know that it does not sound like the real me whatsoever. it's ridiculous. but i had to change it because i applied for a job today and if they ever call me and miss it, i don't want them to hear,
"hiii, no one's home right now -- WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO ONE'S HOME RIGHT NOW DARIA?? QUINN?? WOULD SOMEBODY PLEASE GET HOME AND ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE"
or whatever it was, haha.. i recorded it from a daria episode when no one was at home when jake was calling. it's pretty obnoxious but i never really cared. anyway, i wish i had one steady voice so i didn't sound like such a poser.
